When the first of January hit, the jig was up. Kaleb had developed a serious infection in his intestine that doesn't work and it was a very long, stressful battle for two months. On top of all this, Kaleb's infection was antibiotic resistance. So it took different antiboctics and IV antiboctic as well. If the IV antiboctic didn't work, they were getting ready to admit him for a fecal transplant. By the grace of God and answered prayers, we didn't need the fecal transplant. After a long fight, lots of tummy pain and not eating, it finally left his little body alone. God is good!! On top of all that, we had one painful hardship after another but now we are finally in the upswing of things! Just in time for Texas! We leave at the end of this week and all his appointments start the following week, along with his 3 hour MRI flow study scan. We come to you asking for prayers for our little guy! Prayers for safe travels and prayers for a successful MRI flow study.

The MRI flow study is a scan of Kaleb's brain, entire spine and CSF fluid. We pray that Kaleb goes under ok and we ask that you pray he comes out of it ok. To me that is one of the hardest parts, having to put your child under. So please pray for succes! On another note.... We hope all you moms out there had a WONDERFUL Mother's day!
